Since the change in ownership, their quality of service has gone down to the bottom.
Last November, 2025, I had our Sprinter RV serviced there. I'd been very satisfied the year prior, but this was inexcusable. I needed new house batteries, paid for AGM's and found they had installed Golf Cart, wet cell batteries. They insisted they'd installed AGM because that was what was in the computer. I then showed them a picture of the wet cell batteries. They replaced them with AGM, which they bought at Batteries Plus and charged me DOUBLE the retail price!
They replaced the Engine batteries as well, and in the process they shorted out the main fuse - an issue I didn't learn about until we left town on a holiday weekend. That was a $650 repair bill when we returned to Florida.
They charged for a front end alignment after replacing BOTH front tires, when only one was cupped and needed to be replaced. Upon checking in FL, the front end needed to be aligned.
They found a "little leak" of radiator fluid on the top of the water pump. An item that had been replaced less than 2500 miles before at a Mercedes dealership. Insisted it needed to be replaced. I now doubt it.
They damaged the vehicle while it was parked and honestly owned up to it. Then they did the repaint and said that if their "person" had had a "feathering paint gun" it would have been a better job. Feathering is a process of blending paint surfaces BY HAND. In checking with a reputable shop, there is NO SUCH THING AS A FEATHERING PAINT GUN.
This shop has lost all of it's prior reputation for honesty and integrity under the new ownership. I will never bring my vehicle back again for service here.
I've never had the need to write and post a BAD REVIEW like this ever before and pray I never will again!
